F       From the UK to SA, the 11th Jive Cape Town Comedy festival, held at the Baxter           Theatre features some of the best local and international acts. Musik Alla Kaap: A successful celebration of music for the fourth year in a row Thousands of people attended Music Alla Kaap, held at the GrandWest Arena, in Cape Town on 25 April 2015. The media was invited to an exclusive meet-and-greet session before the show. Some of the hottest live acts in the country perform at KDay 2015. Mi Casa lead singer, J'Something at KDay 2015. Dj Kent #KDay2015 presented by KFM 94.5 got thousands of fans jamming along to some of the country's biggest live acts at Newlands Cricket Ground in Cape Town on Saturday, 28 February 2015. It is really hard to single out a favourite act, as each act brought their a-game . The nine-hour long festival included the likes of pop sensation, Jimmy Nevis, house trio, Mi Casa, Mafikizolo, Mathew Mole, Beatenberg, Prime Circle and Lloyd Cele. Sponsored by MTN, KDay favourites included Mi Casa, which made their female groupies in the audience go gaga. DJ Kent turned Newlands Cricket Ground into party paradise mixing up a mixture of R&B, pop and electro beats. Closing act Mafikizolo proved why they are one of South Africa's top live acts. BlackByrd group members and I. Hot Summer Grrove held at the Grand Arena, on Saturday, 6 December 2014 featured some of South Africa's finest performers, such as BlackByrd, Emo Adams, Loukmaan Adams, Alistair Izobell and Ramaine Borrero-Lloyd. Accompanied by the Take Note Band, Saturday saw the Adams brothers perform together for the first time in 20 years. It was also the first time Izobell, The Adams brothers and Borrero-Lloyd reunited, after many years. They performed together years ago, in a group known as NU FANCY. Khayalethu Anthony and I.           Khayalethu Anthony shines as The Champion! Af ter scooping the award for Best Production at The Zabalaza Theatre  Festival earlier this year, a ward-winning actor,  Kh ayalethu Anthony is back at The Baxter Theatre, performing in his one-man theatre production, Th e Champion until 8, October 2014. The planning process for The Champion started about 4 years ago. "I did about 12-18 drafts and kept changing stuff, "  he says. "Parts of the story, like growing up without a father is true. The story is not based on my life, but on the lives of many in the townships," h e says. Khayalethu met up with his father about 2-3 months ago in the Eastern Cape. He admits to still being confused and being filled with mixed emotions. "I wanted my son to have a clan name and to belong somewhere, " he says.
