Babyface and Toni Braxton got fans jamming along in Cape Town

Tony American R&B stars, Toni Braxton and Babyface serenaded thousands of fans at the GrandWest, Grand Arena in Cape Town on Tuesday, 1 September 2015. Despite starting the concert almost an hour late, fans went gaga as Babyface performed first and sang his popular hits such us Everytime I Close My Eyes and The Cool In You . He also performed hits such as Boys To Men's I'll make Love To You and End Of The Road . (He composed the lyrics for those hits).  Throughout his set, he oozed sex appeal and even went as far as un-buttoning his shirt. Lucky fans in the front row got a close up shot of Babyface, when he walk through the front section of the golden circle area. Meanwhile, Tony Braxton made several costume changes throughout the show, looked elegant yet, sultry dressed in white. She too, oozed sex appeal. SA actors shine in Sizwe Banzi is Dead

Sizwe Banzi is Dead is back on at the Baxter Theatre until 12 September 2015. The new cast is made up of Atandwa Kani and Mncedisi Shabangu. The production is directed by theatre legend, Dr John Kani, who starred in the original production more than 40-years-ago and in the reprisal in 20O6. Earlier this year, Size Banzi is Dead enjoyed a successful run in the U.S.A. It premiered at the Market Theatre in Johannesburg last year. The production, set in the apartheid era, revolves around a man who moves from King Williams Town, to look for work in the bigger city, Port Elizabeth.Upon arriving there, he realizes that there are certain documentation that an individual need to have in his pass book in order to work in the area, such as a work seekers permit, lodges permit and the right to be there. The regulations was implemented by the apartheid system at the time. When he arrives in Port Elizabeth, he realizes that he does not have his pass book in order and his work permit has expired...

Musik Alla Kaap: A successful celebration of music for the fourth year in a row Thousands of people attended Music Alla Kaap, held at the GrandWest Arena, in Cape Town on 25 April 2015. The media was invited to an exclusive meet-and-greet session before the show. Hosted by entertainer, Alistair Izobell the stellar line-up on the night included  MC Shaleen- Surtie Richards, Karin Kortje and London Louw from SA Idols fame, Denim, Jonathan Rubain, Donveno Prins and RJ Benjamin, and last but not least, a 12-piece band, directed by Trevino Isaacs Karin was glowing on stage and showed off some cool dance moves, accompanied by backing dancers. #KDay2015 Music Fest 101

Some of the hottest live acts in the country perform at KDay 2015. Mi Casa lead singer, J'Something at KDay 2015. Dj Kent #KDay2015 presented by KFM 94.5 got thousands of fans jamming along to some of the country's biggest live acts at Newlands Cricket Ground in Cape Town on Saturday, 28 February 2015. It is really hard to single out a favourite act, as each act brought their a-game . The nine-hour long festival included the likes of pop sensation, Jimmy Nevis, house trio, Mi Casa, Mafikizolo, Mathew Mole, Beatenberg, Prime Circle and Lloyd Cele. Sponsored by MTN, KDay favourites included Mi Casa, which made their female groupies in the audience go gaga. DJ Kent turned Newlands Cricket Ground into party paradise mixing up a mixture of R&B, pop and electro beats. Closing act Mafikizolo proved why they are one of South Africa's top live acts. Firm favourite Futura, trained by Brett Crawford and ridden by Fay’d Herbe reigned supreme by 2, 25 lengths in 125,38 seconds as the overall winner, and walked away with the 2.5 million rand grand prize.
