Tevin Campbell serenades fans at Grandwest Arena

Tevin Campbell serenades fans at Grandwest Arena
Tevin Campbell doing what he does best on stage.
90s R&B star, Tevin Campbell performed to thousands of screaming fans at the Grandwest Arena in Cape Town on Friday, 22 July 2016. His performance forms part of “The return of Tevin Campbell Tour”. Accompanied by a stellar live band, which included local saxophonist, Donvino Prins, Tevin oozed charm and energy in bucket loads. He performed his popular hits such as Can We Talk, Brown Eyed Girl and Shhh. Fans also got a taste of his new music.
Despite falling on stage during his rendition of Can We Talk, Tevin got right back up and said “Shit Happens”. He even laughed it off, looking super-embarrassed.
“That’s my very first time falling on stage. It could have been a whole lot worse.  Anyway, gotta laugh at it right?" Tevin said.
Tevin was supported by local acts which included The Black Ties and Lloyd Cele.
The Black Ties received a standing ovation.

Lloyd Cele had the crowd jamming along.

That moment when we finally get to meet Tevin#Unforgetable
