Babyface and Toni Braxton got fans jamming along in Cape Town

American R&B stars, Toni Braxton and Babyface serenaded thousands of fans at the GrandWest, Grand Arena in Cape Town on Tuesday, 1 September 2015.


Despite starting the concert almost an hour late, fans went gaga as Babyface performed first and sang his popular hits such us Everytime I Close My Eyes and The Cool In You. He also performed hits such as Boys To Men's I'll make Love To You and End Of The Road. (He composed the lyrics for those hits).  Throughout his set, he oozed sex appeal and even went as far as un-buttoning his shirt. Lucky fans in the front row got a close up shot of Babyface, when he walk through the front section of the golden circle area.
Meanwhile, Tony Braxton made several costume changes throughout the show, looked elegant yet, sultry dressed in white. She too, oozed sex appeal. "I'm single," she joked, referring to her relationship status. Accompanied by her two sisters, who are her backing singers, she performed her popular hits such as He Wasn't Man Enough and Just Be A Man About It. She also got her rap game on, when she rapped Notorious B.I.G's Big Poppa. Her set was very intimate. Four lucky fans were called on stage to perform with her. A couple celebrating their 17th wedding anniversary, was also called on stage, as she sang for them in celebration of their anniversary.
Tony Braxton refers to Babyface as her musical husband. They performed a few duets together such as their smash hit Never Meant To Hurt You. "We should record an album just for South Africa," Babyface said to her.
Both Tony Braxton and Babyface was evidently emotional and overwhelmed by the support they received throughout the concert.
